Our teams are adept at fulfilling a diverse range of requests from both guests and owners. Transitioning between guests ensures the property’s cleanliness post-previous occupancy. During each transition, the property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning regimen to maintain high standards. Tasks during changeover cleaning include:
- Detailed property inspection upon arrival
- Completion of a checklist
- Making beds with fresh linen and towels
- Optional provision of a welcome gift (additional charge may apply)
- Mid-stay cleaning and bed remaking (for bookings of two weeks or more)
- Check and refresh service (for properties vacant for seven days or more), including inspection of light bulbs, appliances, heating, hot water, and dusting
- Annual spring cleaning before the commencement of the new season

We've had Divine clean do our general house cleaning and tidying for us once per week for the past 3-4 months now and they do a fantastic job every time, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're so friendly, a wonderful team, we couldn't be without them now.
