During each transition, the property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning regimen to maintain high standards. Tasks during changeover cleaning include:
- Detailed property inspection upon arrival
- Completion of a checklist
- Making beds with fresh linen and towels
- Optional provision of a welcome gift (additional charge may apply)
- Mid-stay cleaning and bed remaking (for bookings of two weeks or more)
- Check and refresh service (for properties vacant for seven days or more), including inspection of light bulbs, appliances, heating, hot water, and dusting
- Annual spring cleaning before the commencement of the new season
